Nov. 5 - 9th, Huangjueping art district
From now until the end of the week, the Blitzfilm Festival will be taking place in Chongqing's Huangjueping art district featuring the works of Filmgrouppe Chaos, a collective of independent filmmakers who's work "is often connected with music and collaborations with musicians and DJs.
Presented by Kinemastik, a Malta based NGO responsible for holding talks, screenings, and concerts in cities around the world as part of a year long build up to Kinemastik International Short Film Festival. The schedule for this week's events is as follows:
This week's huMP3 day features music from one of the more established, and arguably most 'popular' of Chongqing's very own rock bands. The Wheels, having gained massive exposure in last year's nationally televised pepsi battle of the bands, have over the years earned themselves quite the following with their tight, energetic pop-punk. The WHEELS play Nuts Club Friday, 10/9 @ 20:30. Supported by No.2 Story
