Niba is a collaboration between Huang Ruojia (黄若珈, aka: Heng’er) and Yu Jiamiao (虞佳苗, aka: Miao), frontwoman of The Deep Green Sea. When we asked Heng’er what inspired her designs she simply replied, “I don’t like shopping.” Like most things in China, Niba is available on Taobao. ![]() We came across some descent stencil work on Tuya Lu (literally translated as “Graffiti Rd)” in Chongqing’s Huang Jue Ping art district, home to most of the city’s street / urban art. We’re not sure who the artists are, but it appears one of them may go by “CONG.” Anyone have more information? full post here. via: NeochaEDGE | ArchivesDecember 2011 CategoriesAll |
